The Indian authorities are in the process of pushing listed companies to have atleast 25% shareholding with outside shareholders.

At 10:00 AM EDT, the Construction Spending report for June will be released, and the consensus is that there will a decline of 0.5% in spending compared to the previous month, after a decrease of 0.2% last month and surprise increase of 2.4% in April.
Also at 10:00 AM EDT, the ISM Manufacturing Index for July will be released. The consensus is that the index value will be 54.0, which would be an decrease of 2.2 points from June, but would be the twelfth month of expansion in a row.
