Dan
The problem is most laws have not changed with time. Probably when the concept of minimum wages first came up, they must have been relevant. But today the world is a different place. Certain things sound good when you speak on a stage but not in practice.

Hi G.L.C.,

This is not that hard to understand, yet thousands of professional economists can't see beyond their neat, orderly mathematicl models to see the obvious. They teach supply and demand to first year students and then throw it out the window. The very foundation of economics becomes a disposable item to them.

Thanks for your wisdom.
