I think both share the blame, but also, real wages have been declining and credit card companies have been charging usurious interest and granting insane limits for years. So I think that yes, there is lots of blame to go around--but at this point correctly assigning blame unfortunately won&#039;t help the country or the people living here. Thanks for your comments.
